Year 11

The students study the four units of the course, lessons are made up of a combination of the theoretical content for their controlled assessment and their exam. The department policy is to complete all controlled assessment before the end of Term 2 in Year 11. The four modules the students study are:

·         RO21 Essential Values of Care (Externally assessed exam worth 25% of overall grade)

·         RO22 Effective communication (Controlled assessment worth 25% of overall grade)

·         RO24 Pathways for providing care (Controlled assessment worth 25% of overall grade)

·         R028 Understanding the development and protection of young children (Controlled assessment worth 25% of overall grade)
