Our students were given the opportunity to take part in a video conference call with a NASA Educator.

Nearly 30 of our Year 9 Triple Science students had the chance to speak to Kathleen Mills in Houston, Texas, about the Astronaut Training Programme.

CTS Director of Science Victoria Khan said: “Kathleen talked to the students about routes into NASA, the International Space Station and what it is like to live in space.

“She opened the students’ eyes to the wide variety of careers available at NASA. They found her talk amazing.”
