Our staff and students will be busy baking over the next few days so we can take part in a major fundraiser.

We will take part in Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday 25th September.

All staff and students have been invited to bring in cakes for the event and from 8am we will run a takeaway service for parents dropping off their children.

Our Principal’s PA, Sarah Glass, is helping to organize the event along with our Building Manager Ian Fullerton and Year 9 students Eden and Drew and Year 7 students Paris and Ewan.

Miss Glass said: “We wanted to support the fundraiser because many of our students have friends and family whose lives have been touched by cancer.

“We’ve asked all staff and students to bake cakes for the event and hope to get everyone involved.

“We’re planning to run a takeaway service so that parents can pick up a cake and a coffee to take with them to work.”
