Our brilliant young bakers have revealed the theme they have chosen for the final of this year’s Great BWT Bake Off.

Our team will prepare a Tour De France themed afternoon tea for four people at the final where they will face teams from Corby Business Academy and Kettering Science Academy.

CTS Teacher David Harley has had the difficult task of choosing which of our students would make it through to the final.

He said: “We have got a very young team but the quality of their baking here during the past few weeks has been outstanding.

“Their commitment to the Bake Off has been fantastic and we are really looking forward to the final.

“Our traditional afternoon tea will include scones and biscuits and our decorations will have a Tour De France theme.”

The final will be held at Corby Business Academy on Wednesday 13^th July.
