More than 250 families joined us for our two Year 6 open evenings.

Open evenings were held on Thursday 26^th September and Tuesday 1^st October for Year 6 parents and students.

The evenings began with a presentation from staff and students in the hall.

Visitors then had the chance to take part in activities across various subjects around the school. The activities included dry ice experiments and a heart dissection in science, word games in English and laser key cutting in design technology.

Principal Angela Reynolds said: “The hall was full on both nights and the people who came in enjoyed having the opportunity to talk to students and staff about what the school is like.

“We felt it was really successful and we look forward to hopefully welcoming some of the students to join us next year.”
