One of our youngest students has helped to create the new display in our reception thanks to her skill with the 3-Doodler.
Year 7 student Maddie was inspired to get a handheld 3-D pen called a 3-Doodler after an assembly about it at school and she has since gone on to produce a range of colourful creations with it in her own time.
Two of her creations – a pair of sunglasses and a sandal – are now the centrepiece of a new display in our reception alongside a blue boot which was created with a 3-Doodler by our Design & Technology Teacher Rob Cooper.
Mr Cooper said: “Maddie’s work is incredibly good.
“She is an example of how keen our students are to experiment with different types of technology in school and during their own time.
“The 3-Doodler helps students to learn about drawing in three dimensions.”
