04-02 Students show off their baking skills to help good cause

Students have volunteered to stay behind after school this week to get ready for a fundraising bake sale.
The sale will be held on Friday during lunchtime to raise money for a support group for people with an inherited condition called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
The condition impacts on connective tissues that provide support in skin, tendons, ligaments, blood, vessels, internal organs and bones.
Principal Angela Reynolds said: “Our students have volunteered to stay behind after school to bake the cakes for our fundraising sale.
“We’re very pleased to be able to support such a worthy cause.”
The sale will be open to staff and students.
