Apps

Listed below are all of the apps that are available to you as a parent/carer containing log in guidance and other useful information.

Satchel one

Satchel One is the platform we use to communicate details of homework to students in all year groups. Teachers will upload homework and self-study activities to Satchel One with clear instructions on the homework task and details of how the homework should be submitted. Deadlines for homework will be clear and can be viewed on a calendar for your child.

Logging in for the first time (as a Parent)

The parent code for creating an account in Satchel One would have been provided to you in the letter accompanying this guidance.

If you have lost your parent code and require access for the first time, please contact enquiries@corbytechnicalschool.org

Go to www.satchelone.com and in the login form select “Parent”. You can then type in the school name, your preferred e-mail address and the parent code (above).

I already have an account linked to another child

If you already have a child in the school and have already setup an account, follow the instructions here to add a new student to your existing account.

Logging in (as a student)

Students are not required to remember their username and password for Satchel One. Students can login using their Microsoft Office account which uses the same username and password used to login to computers in school.

Students need to select “Student” in the login menu and click the “Sign in with Office 365” button. This will ask them for their e-mail address and password that is used in school.

Student e-mails consist of their username (e.g. CTS22asmith) followed by “@corbytechnicalschool.org)

Example e-mail: CTS22asmith@corbytechnicalschool.org

TES Parents' Meetings

The TES Parents’ Meetings website will be used for online parent/carer evenings for all children. This website allows parents to book timeslots with their child’s teachers on a specific evening during the academic year. You can then attend video calls with each teacher during the timeslot you have booked.

To login to the Parent’s Meetings website, go to https://corbytechnicalschool.schoolcloud.co.uk

You will need the following details to access your child’s account:

  • Your title, first name, surname and e-mail address.
  • Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth.

You will receive a letter from the school a few weeks before your parents evening date once bookings are open.

The video on the webpage gives details on how to book and attend video appointments using this system.
