At CTS, students study Spanish from year 7 onwards. Learning a modern foreign language supports a child’s personal development and future opportunities. Learning a language broadens a child’s cultural horizons and increases their understanding and appreciation of different cultures and perspectives. This is increasingly important in an ever changing, progressively more interconnected world. Studying languages supports in development of memory and problem solving, as well as enhancing overall communication skills.
